What means of payment are acceptable?

We accept cash in rubles, as well as plastic cards Visa and MasterCard.

What is meant by “free fitting of clothes”?

When a customer buys clothes, sometimes it is necessary or the customer wishes us to perform the following jobs: change the length of trousers, add/remove trousers cuffs, undo the trousers in the central seam, change the length of sleeves for jackets and outerwear, transpose jacket shoulder supports, transpose buttons, etc. We do it free of charge within 1-5 business days. Fitting jobs are done only after full payment for the goods has been made. The clothes tailored to fit the customer may not be returned or exchanged.
We also perform minor repair to the clothes bought in our shop before.
We repair clothes and fit them to suit the customer’s figure for an extra charge if the clothes were not bought in our boutique

What kinds of discounts are there in the boutique and how large are they?

Regular customers (plastic discount card holders) have discounts for any item ranging from 5% to 10%.
During sales, discounts for separate items may range from 5% to 30%; they are valid for each customer.
Discounts are not accumulated.

How to become a regular customer?

Regular customers have plastic discount cards of the boutique “BARS”. Plastic cards are issued if the sum of purchase exceeds RUR 30,000
(one-off or several payments) after a questionnaire is filled in.
